Dawabharat is an online pharmacy platform operated by Dawabharat, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Patna, Bihar. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Dawabharat (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”) and you (“you”, “your”, “User”) regarding your access to and use of our website www.dawabharat.com and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using our Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and all other applicable policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use our Platform only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You represent that you are legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” including un-discharged insolvents are not eligible to use the Platform.

2.3 Account Registration

• You may create only one account on our Platform

3.2 Prescription Requirements

For Prescription Medicines:

• A valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner is mandatory

• You must upload a clear, legible copy of the prescription on our Platform

• The original prescription must be available at the time of delivery

• Our registered pharmacist will verify the prescription before dispensing medicines

• We reserve the right to reject any prescription that appears invalid, illegible, or suspicious

3.3 Prohibited Items

We do not sell:

• Schedule X drugs and controlled substances

• Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances

• Habit-forming drugs

• Any medicines prohibited under applicable laws

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

5. Orders and Payments
