2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Return Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2.2 Acceptable Return Conditions
We accept returns only if the product meets all of the following criteria:
Incorrect item delivered (different product than ordered).
Damaged, defective, or expired on delivery (expiry date less than 3 months away).
Packaging seal broken or tampered with upon receipt.
Near-expiry product (less than 3 months shelf life remaining).
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
Prescription medicines once verified and shipped.
Any medicines marked non-returnable on the product page.
Partially consumed or opened products (unless damaged or incorrect).
Personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, razors) once unsealed.
Gift cards and e-vouchers.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Support
Email our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@dawabharat.com with:
- Order number
- Product name and SKU
- Reason for return

Upon review, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to our facility.Packaging and Shipping
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all labels and accessories.
- Include the RA number visibly on the outside of the parcel.
- Ship the return to the address provided in the RA instructions.
- You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it.
Refunds or replacements will be processed only after approval of the returned product condition.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
5.2 Refund Amount
Full refund of the product price for approved returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
