To place an order, register or log in to your account, browse products, add items to your cart, upload a valid prescription (for prescription medicines), and proceed to checkout. Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.
We accept prescriptions issued by registered medical practitioners for Schedule H and H1 drugs. During checkout, click “Upload Prescription,” attach a clear image or PDF of the prescription, and submit. Our licensed pharmacist will verify it before dispatch.
Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 2–5 business days. Shipping charges depend on order value and delivery pin code; orders above ₹499 often qualify for free standard shipping. Express delivery options are available at additional cost.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log in to “My Orders” in your account dashboard and click “Track Order” to view real-time status and estimated delivery date.
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, incorrect, or near-expiry items. Email support@dawabharat.com with your order details and photos. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
